These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of occura.co and any services provided by Occura (“Occura”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
The services
Occura provides done-for-you LinkedIn outbound for B2B teams, including dedicated accounts operated on your behalf, prospect list building, outreach and meeting booking. The specific scope, volume and fees are set out in your individual engagement.
Engagements and fees
- Services begin from $5,000 per month on a minimum 3-month engagement, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- Fees, deliverables and targets are confirmed in your proposal before any work starts.
- Meeting volumes and performance figures are targets based on experience, not guarantees, as outcomes depend on your market, offer and follow-up.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business and ideal customers, to respond to qualified meetings in good faith, and to use any leads and data we provide lawfully.
Acceptable use of the website
You may not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it at scale. Content on occura.co is provided for information and is owned by Occura unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
All trademarks, content and materials on this site belong to Occura or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without permission. Personas and assets created for a client engagement are covered by that engagement's agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occura is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the notice terms in the individual agreement. These website Terms apply whenever you use the site.
